Shipping

We offer 1st class royal mail signed for delivery as standard. Deliveries can take 3-5 days depending on local postal speeds. We also offer free click and collect, free delivery for orders over £50 as well as a priority express delivery option which can be as quick as next day if ordered before 12am.

We keep you updated on your order via email, If you haven’t received any emails, please check your Spam/Junk folder.

You will be provided with a Royal Mail tracking number via email.  We estimate that orders can take 3-5 working days depending on location in the UK and Ireland. Restr of the world deliveries can take longer.

We ship WORLDWIDE! Just pop your address into the address field at checkout for estimated shipping costs. Additional custom charges may be applicable depending on your location

In the unlikely event that something is missing from your order, please check the confirmation email you received to check all the items are in your order to ensure the item you're missing was processed. If it was and the item is missing from your order then please get in touch as soon as possible so we can find a solution for you.

On occasion we will need to send larger orders in separate parcels, but feel free to pop us an email to check if this is the case.

If you unfortunately receive a faulty item, please let us know by emailing us with your order number and details of the fault (any pictures you can provide are really useful here).
Then after confirmation of receipt of your fault please send it back to us within 30 days. Faulty items will be checked on receipt and validated before a refund is processed. We will process a full refund including the original delivery charge as well as any return postage charges.

Returns

Items in your order must be returned within 14 days. Pop us an email and let us know which items you would like to return and your order number, you can post your item[s] or drop your item[s] back to our store at 151 Holywood Road, Belfast, BT4 3BE.

Your refund should be with you within 10 - 14 working days after we have received and processed your returned item. Delivery speeds depend on your bank or building society.

If after this time period has elapsed and you have yet to receive your refund, please email us and we'd be happy to help.

General

We currently carry from size 6-44 UK and we are working to expand this offering as quickly as possible. If you have fallen in love with something and don't see your size please get in touch and we'd be happy to help you find your dream dress.
