Delivery & Returns Policy

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE - Please enter your address at checkout for shipping cost.

We aim to dispatch your order within two working days of confirmation and usually our shipping will take 3-5 business days depending on your location and postal speeds.

*Please Note: When trying on items of clothing, please do not remove any labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent on the item. We would also ask that you take care with fake tan or makeup when trying on the garment as these could stain or mark the garment. When trying on shoes please do so on clean flooring. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed and may result in the item being sent back to the customer. Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene issues. Custom made and made to order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return an item

If you would like to return an order please begin a return by logging into your account and selecting the order that you'd like to start a return on. Then once approved please send the item or items to us in the post with their original condition complete with all labels & tags within 30 days of receipt. After satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons or if they are made to order. Curvy Chic Online Ltd is not liable for the cost of returning items or if items are lost in the post. Please note earrings and made to order items are non-returnable or exchangeable. Items must be returned unworn and undamaged in perfect condition.

Exchange an item

Please follow the ‘Return an Item’ procedure above for the return of your online purchase you would like to exchange. You can purchase the new item at any time as a separate transaction. Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Curvy Chic Online Ltd is not liable for the cost of returning items or if the item is lost in the post. Please enclose your receipt with the item and return to: Curvy Chic Boutique, 151 Holywood Road, Belfast, BT4 3BE, Northern Ireland, UK. Please note earrings, made to order and custom made items are non-returnable or exchangeable.

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. If you receive the incorrect item.

If you suspect that the item you received is not what you have ordered, Please contact us by telephone or by email quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. 

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. (For purchases made in our Holywood Road branch – we are happy to offer a credit note or exchange for unsuitable items.)
